The Hottop Basic is for you if you feel confident in your understanding of coffee roasting basics, want up to a 1/2 lb batch, enjoy more developed roasts, an external cool cycle, and a tough machine. 

The Hottop can accomplish a range of roast levels, and even works well for those who like darker roasts because it won't bake out your coffee with a longer-than-ideal roast time. 

Hottop continuously improves the machine and only the most recent production model will be shipped out.
